Additional Info & Cancellation Policy.

 

We want you to be relaxed and enjoy every moment of your visit so for your comfort we have an age restriction in place at the salon meaning that small children (under secondary school age) are not permitted in the salon. This is for the comfort of all visiting clients and of course for health and safety reasons.

Use of the Sunbed is restricted to over 18s  only by law and we reserve the right to ask to see photographic id.

Anyone wishing to use the sunbed must ensure they wear the correct protective eyewear (disposable ones are provided free of charge for your comfort and hygiene purposes). We operate a strict consultation policy to prevent the over use of the sunbed in accordance health and safety regulation.

 

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your booked appointment our standard policy is that we require a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we can offer your slot to someone else. If however you cannot give 24 hours notice because of an emergency then please at the very least let us know asap. Failure to do so may result in being charged in full for your appointment.
